Pressure Control
To protect release of stem in the room, the unit is installed with PIEZOSTAT (Pressure control device), which is power efficient and decreases the frequent opening of the steam release valve. The unit has cuts off which supply the power to heaters when it achieves the set pressure and re-energises the heating elements when pressure starts decreasing the set point.
Safety Door
For your safety, we have engineered the unit with hinged self-locking single piece thick SS plate door, which cannot be opened when under pressure. To eliminate chances of any accident, it’s self-locking device itself automatically disengages the piston mechanism when the sterilizer is under pressure.
Single Point Control
The company has installed Three way / Multiport Valve at the front top to make the autoclave give you complete control over its sterilizing cycle from one single point. For simple control on the front top, chamber pressure on gauges and easily readable jacket are also mounted. The unit has a strong moisture trap in its chamber discharge line so that it automatically absorb the condensate and prevent moisture to become part of the things that are subjected to the sterilization. To avoid formation of vacuum due to steam condensation, automatic vacuum breaker is provided by us with this unit.
